When my friend accidentally dropped his keepsake, the waiters and waitresses of Chestnut didn't hesitate to help. The slow but touching vibe makes the atmosphere even more relaxing and warm. I will definitely recommend for this location for all kinds of visit. We had the Valentine Special set menu with 2 glasses of red wine which was recommended by our waiter.
The steak was nice and cooked just right. The restaurant also has a long list of custom special cocktails, that were mixed on-demand by their bartenders. All the team was great and we deeply recommend this restaurant if you want to discover the real cuisine of Vietnam and The view is amazing too and the restaurant so beautiful.

The dishes were perfect — each of the ingredients were arranged in an eye-catching and delicate way. Highly recommended!!!! They all tasted so wonderful that we all wanted to order even more. The ambiance though was perfect for a romantic date with your significant others. Even though it was a summer night, the constant breeze kept us cool and comfortable.
The food was good but not too impressive. I expected it to be crowded, but there were only one more couple apart from us, probably because of the recent pandemic. The rest was acceptable, probably because I am not too into French food. The rooftop bar was really good, too. The hospitality of the staff is what impressed me even more.
It was the first time we ate in this kind of Chic restaurant but we feel at home thanks to the kindness of all the staff. The foie gras was good too but got a bit of sinew in it which made it really hard to cut up. Many thanks for making a joyful and memorable evening for us! Overall, an excellent experience though not really perfect. The service was great too and Henry adviced us for the Menu. They were totally fit.
The staff happily obliged to my request of a "romantic seating" with candles, flowers and a window table looking out to the Lake. Beside these wonderful things, the view and the atmosphere in the restaurant were outstanding.

Despite the restaurant being located on a fairly high place — the 11th floor of Delicacy Central hotel, the atmosphere was very cozy, romantic and chilled-out.
We could see most of the Lake from our balcony seats, and the drinks were good and quite voluminous too. Considering beverages, Chestnut features a wide range of them, from alcoholic ones like cocktails, wine, spirits to common stuff like smoothies, juices, teas. Aside from the wonderful dishes, we must also mention the good music, with some of the genres that you will probably expect like Jazz or classical. I went on a date at this restaurant with the plan of having dinner and then relaxing at the rooftop bar.
